ATE Remote Support: Additional Help Live at the Vehicle

With the new ATE Remote Support, ATE expands the classic hotline with an additional digital service for workshops. For more complex technical questions, ATE experts can view the situation at the vehicle live via smartphone or tablet and provide targeted assistance. Using augmented reality, relevant areas are highlighted directly in the camera image, allowing technical details to be discussed quickly and clearly together. This creates greater clarity, shortens coordination, and helps workshops reach the right solution faster.
